We deliver twice a week Monday and Thursday, we use Royal Mail Inland, International Signed for and Airsure and also a number of couriers ranging from Interparcel, TNT, FedEx,
Delivery is normally within 3-5 working days inland, from dispatch date of your order
Overseas delivery is 7-10 working days dependant on what part of the world the item is being delivered.
However if after 21 days of placing your order you still have not received your parcel please contact our customer service department.
We also offer Special Next Day Delivery upon request this can also be arranged.
We do not work on Bank holidays so please allow for this before contacting us.
Every parcel we send requires a signature upon confirmation of delivery. If no one is in a card will be left by Royal Mail or the courier company to arrange an alternative date for delivery.

Please ensure to include your order ref code, name, address, and date of purchase, if contacting by email.
Returns are accepted on items provided we are notified of the reason for return by email to email@example.com within 7 working days of receipt of purchase.
All items must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase in their original condition with all packaging and labels attached and intact.
If you receive a faulty item or the wrong item, we will happily replace it for you or provide you with a full refund; provided the item is returned within the 30 day returns period.
Postage and Packaging costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Any items being returned for either refund or exchange must be returned via recorded post. Please obtain proof of postage and tracking number.
